Five Talent Potholes for Early-Stage Companies

We've all had that jarring experience of driving over a pothole resulting in a thoughts like . . . "That can't be good for my vehicle." The same holds true for your early-stage company. Potholes exist in the search for talent, especially at the senior leadership level. We'll talk about navigating around these talent potholes so your company can compete successfully.

Speaker Jon Leafstedt, Managing Partner Kincannon & Reed

Jon draws on his expertise in ag and bio technology to help agribusinesses, associations, and early-stage companies to define their talent needs and recruit senior leadership.

Jon led two venture-backed plant biotech companies (Chromatin and Phytodyne), was responsible for worldwide intellectual property and regulatory efforts for Kemin Industries, and led state governmental affairs programs for the crop protection products businesses of BASF/American Cyanamid.
